Description
Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding insurance firm based in their modern offices running a team of Account Handlers within the Personal Lines division.
Your role will involve the day to day management of a team of people as well as being responsible for your own account of personal lines business. You will be overseeing the teams work and ensuring they maintain service standards, coaching and mentoring individuals to ensure optimum performance and helping to promote and encourage professional study.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to increase your management experience within a large firm, whilst dealing with a range of important client accounts for both new and existing business.
