Description
An excellent opportunity to join a premier league insurance company within the first response unit of their claims handling team.
Responsible for taking calls from policyholders your role will involve taking all relevant details and asking pertinent questions, providing advice and often an empathetic approach to a stressful situation, notifying and appointing garages, engineers and other suppliers and overall ensuring the claim is set up correctly to ensure smooth handling from start to finish.
The role offers a terrific opportunity for someone to join and play a key role in one of the most vital parts of the cycle of insurance and to learn and progress both personally and professionally. There are roles at a number of levels within the team and the client can consider people with some basic exposure to motor insurance and strong customer service and telephone skills, through to individuals with more detailed claims knowledge and experience.
